Brandywine

After a complete hardware replacement last evening the system is again showing signs of instability, without kernel panics or any error messages we will plan to move customer nodes off of this server today to a newer CentOS 5 system.  Customers will be notified in advance of their data transfers.

Maintenance Window (Brandywine)

We’re scheduling an emergency maintenance window from 7PM-10PM PST.  Services should only be impacted for 30-60 minutes during this hardware maintenance window.

We thank everyone for their patience while we isolate the problem with this server.

Brandywine

Brandywine has experienced another sudden restart, we will be coordinating a maintenance window this evening to take the system offline and run a full set of diagnostics on all hardware components.  This will ensure accurate results as this is the fourth sudden restart this week and we can understand the frustration of VPS users on this piece of hardware.

Additional information on maintenance window timings to come shortly.
